we are trying to reach this guy for seven months because he has some items from us and then told us they’re gonna be the next action to sell our items on May and never heard from him today. We went to his office and he wasn’t there no longer working anymore, and we have to do a report for him because there’s no way to get in touch with him and get our things back is no way to find this person to find out how to get my things back

Attention please I just found out that he has sold some of my paintings in an invaluable auction house For so low price in July, which I’ve been trying to reach him since May and then I have no item back no money back from my things that he been sold without my permission or saying anything and he has some jewelry from us to Sale that are very valuable and haven’t got any answer back this is no tolerated

Under no circumstances purchase from this business. I’m not alone in being stolen from by this person. Having paid for my purchase in November via Invaluable, I still have not received an acknowledgement of communication or the goods after numerous emails and phone calls left on answering machines. Invaluable have now ceased trading with them. It seems if you live overseas, Ian Morales thinks he can get away with fraud. As fas as I can tell, Napoleons does not operate at the address on the website. Take your money and run!

The end result was perfect!
I recently purchased from Napoleon’ Auction a fragile Murano Glass Sculpture (39” x 9”) weighing 40 pounds that needed to be transported from Florida to Los Angeles in one piece. A challenging task, with many variables for possible mistakes. However, the glass sculpture was professionally transported to LA on time and more importantly in one piece. The sculpture in person is incredible…Thank you Ian for making this happen!

It has now been 8 months and Ian has not only kept the painting, but also kept my wired funds of $8000 without returning it. My texts and calls fall on deaf ears with no response. This is a criminal enterprise run by a master scam artist named Ian Morales.

I shipped my large painting to Canada using JUNIOR AUCTION SERVICES. I cannot recommend Junior more. Don't be put off by no website - email or call him. He's been in the shipping business for decades - he's extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and goes out of his way to ensure your piece is properly packed. I received the artwork internationally via air a couple days later - the piece was incredibly well-wrapped and in perfect condition. Thank you Junior
