We have been customers for a little over 3 years and have had an excellent relationship with the company. We use them in a consulting capacity, along with the provider of several services, including Spam filtering, equipment monitoring, and remote and local backups. Their response to an issue is always met with timeliness, and courtesy. A specific example would be this week, a server of ours crashed and, with CBTG support, was able to get back up and running within 4 hours, which included a bare metal recovery to the server OS.
