Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. During our research, we saw a used car just added to the inventory. When we asked, Nia quickly responded with pictures and information. She had the car ready for us when we arrived and, once we decided to buy the car, the negotiation was rapid and painless. When we discovered the owner’s manual was missing, Nia ordered a new one and put it in the mail to us. Her customer service has been flawless. The only negative was the dealer charges: they push the state limits on documentary fees - but that is outside Nia’s control. She is pleasant, professional and delivers results; I highly recommend reaching out to her!

Nia is absolutely amazing. I went into Kyle Maxwell with a car that I was totally upside down on and I didn't think I had any options. I honestly didn't think it was possible to find a newer/nicer car that was close to what I was already paying per month.

Nia was able to find the car that fit all of my preferences (import, manual, 6-speed, low miles - VERY difficult to find) AND my payments are exactly what I wanted per month.

Miss Approval is an absolute miracle worker. She fought to get me exactly what I wanted and wouldn't stop until I was COMPLETELY satisfied. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else and I couldn't be happier!

Nia aka Miss approval is the best at what she does. I went in looking for a car since my car broke down on me, and she made sure that my needs were met, arranged for a free tow for my broken down car to be taken out of my drive way and within 24 hrs I had keys to my new car in hand... she's overall a genuinely great woman and woman of God at that
so can most definitely be trusted with such a big decision to make..i wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you Nia.

Nia helped me out through a total loss and was able to get me back on the road again without having to get through two car payments! Seriously a miracle after being told my only options were two car payments and maybe not even being able to get a car. The car she found me came at a surprise but I'm in love with it!
